Process of Market Offering:
Assessment -
SL&A worked with the CEO and five senior team members to understand the new business model and the critical success factors required to ensure future business success.
Planning -
SL&A facilitated an interim goal-setting process with the senior leadership team on a group and individual basis supporting disciplined action and measurement of progress towards achievement of the aggressive goals established in their existing business plan.
Implementing and Aligning -
SL&A worked with the six executives on the management team to focus on critical success factors including the following:
- more effective meetings
- more effective management of the organization
- improved delegation and decision-making processes
- identification of individual roles and responsibilities
- family dynamics and quality of life issues
- achievement of results
- recognition and appreciation of the value each senior team member’s contribution
SL&A worked with the group to improve individual and team effectiveness and gain alignment on the strategic goals of the business. The team reviewed their objectives and accomplishments and linked them to the CEO’s dashboard. A communication plan was developed to share the strategic plan in a consistent manner throughout the organization.
Develop Leadership -
