CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Directors and boards need to understand their changing fiduciary responsibilities and to learn the key leadership skills that will enable them to effectively serve on boards to meet the strategic and financial challenges of their organizations. It is critical that they ensure and encourage the right board culture and effective participation of all board members.

We facilitate assessments, retreats and board education that leads to great understanding and execution of strategic plans and succession planning. We additionally assist in the establishment of board and committee structure, criteria for board members, roles and responsibilities as well as a board culture that leads to the establishment of good communication and productive dialogue on challenging issues.
