This training course was designed and developed as a companion to the Stuart Levine & Associates national bestseller, The Six Fundamentals of Success.

Through The Power of Fundamentals, participants are reminded of the importance of personal and professional basics of attitude and behavior and are taught to move beyond theory to execution by applying both strategic thinking and the fundamental rules of success.

Cut to the Chase:
This seminar, based on the concepts presented in Cut to the Chase (Doubleday, January 2007), is designed to provide participants with practical ideas on how to utilize their time more efficiently in order to make both their work and personal life more effective.
The program highlights real life situations that Stuart R. Levine has observed during his career to increase personal productivity, reduce stress and truly enjoy life. Assessments and exercises help participants to focus their attention on the areas where they would benefit most by taking personal action. By identifying issues, barriers and organizational challenges and considering recommended solutions for increased effectiveness, participants can commit to making change that would result in their improved effectiveness and efficiency through greater strategic thinking, better decision-making and balance.

- Delivered Customer Service Boot Camp and Emissary Training to 136 managers in management at a major New York hospital and received 10.0/10.0 ratings from participants.
- Trained over 100 medical professionals at major New York healthcare institution in The Power of Fundamentals in Customer Service resulting in improved internal communication and patient outcomes.
- Awarded contract through RFP process to develop and roll out training to 1,000 IT employees of a $4 billion telecommunications company focused on improving specific skills critical to job development and future promotion.
- Provided training for leadership team, management and employees of a major global paper company leading to two successful internal acquisitions moving the company from $120 Million to $1 Billion in revenue with our client’s management now leading the new entity.
